About SparkShelf
SparkShelf is a living library built on two ideas: Sparks and Shelves.
Sparks — discover more in every book
Sparks are discoveries pinned to the exact passage that inspired them: original illustrations, maps, audio, and ideas from authors and readers alike. Open a book and the margins are alive; follow a spark and it drops you at the very line it came from.
Shelves — curated, so your next book is a good one
Every shelf is a hand-picked path through the library — by genre, idea, or mood. Nothing lands on a shelf by algorithm; a book is there because it earned its place. Browse the shelves and let one good book lead to the next.
Living books
Underneath it all, books here aren't frozen at print. Authors ship revisions like software releases — every change visible in a public changelog, every reader carried forward without losing their place.
The library currently includes dozens of public-domain works, reproduced from Project Gutenberg, alongside original living books written and revised in public.
